I've worked with this designer many times and he was fast as always. Hery_krist always knows how to turn my ideas into amazing artwork. I would highly recommend this designer to anyone.
This design is perfect! The slight change I asked for was completed quickly and exactly as I asked.
Very creative, unique design, perfectly executed. Love EBC_ART and would definitely use him again!

Excellent Work ... Very Original in the Design
How joelUz started their illustration or graphics journey
Who are you known as?
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I have been allowed a US Utility Patent for using a color spectrum to gather, store and distribute consumer sentiment (explicit) and perhaps personal intellectual property (implicit/behavior) data in one place for the benefit of that consumer (not Google, Facebook, Netflix, etc).
In its basic form, it is a more dynamic alternative to ratings, recommendations, and opinions than binary "thumbs-up", vague "5-star systems", and dot-filling questionnaires.
The larger idea is described in the brief 90-second explainer video you should watch at http://www.spkdrm.com when you click on the video.
That is the primary message...that Spkdrm represents a color spectrum that gathers, stores and distributes every aspect of an individual's intellectual property...everything in their brain, from sentiments, behavior, talents, expertise, experiences...anything of value...anonymously, and for the benefit of that individual.
The secondary thing that I want to convey (if possible) in the same design is the simplicity of the basic idea of sentiment gathering, still the primary message rules.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
So, with all that said, I also have a US Design Patent for my original design (attached) but am not as interested in that exact design, just the idea. I want a much better, perhaps more updated, modern design with some type of simple depiction that the contents of a person's brain are housed inside. It needs to be immediately understood and obvious...OR...compelling enough to generate engagement and a question.
Important!!: The Utility patent, for a u-shaped color spectrum, used to gather, store and distribute sentiment data MUST BE FOLLOWED. There is a reason for the u-shape which won the allowed patent. It has to do with gathering a better quality of answers because it doesn't allow vague answers on topics...related to the combined degree and intensity of the sentiment chosen on the spectrum. See attachments.
The U-shape can be a modified u-shape, almost even a v-shape, stretched wide or narrow and tall...it just needs to be able to be generally follow a u-shape of the indentation at the top middle and the rounded bottom corners on each end. The spectrum part of the design needs to be able to be easily visible on a smartphone and tablet screen as an interface and MAY OR MAY NOT include the part that includes the contents of the person's brain being housed inside for ease of choosing the sentiment color. The colors of the color spectrum can be in the same order as the original design (preferred) or reversed as in normal color light spectrums.
So the final design may be a combination that allows for the more updated, modern design with some type of simple depiction that the contents of a person's brain are housed inside and, if that doesn't allow for the user to choose a sentiment color on the spectrum easily, because it covers an area of the spectrum, perhaps that part can be removed for the purposes of the interface only. Ideally, it's all one piece.
