I especially enjoyed the concept of the folded screen to resemble a shared screen for our communication app.
The thoughtfulness in using vibrant colors to make the icon standout was another aspect to ultimately choosing loseeey's design

What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We'd like for you to design 24 icons for us, all specializing in
Messaging. We're looking for very high quality line icons, that look
great at small sizes, since these icons will be used in the UI of a
mail or messaging app. They would most likely be used between 32x32
and 64x64, so keep that in mind when you're designing them. They
should be greyscale (black and white).
Note that you don't have to design all 24 icons. You can design as
many as you want. The winning designer will get to design the rest of
this icon pack, and a few more after the contest ends.
We're looking for something fresh and new, so don't be afraid to
experiment. Bear in mind that these icons are for Messaging so they
must be easily understood quickly, without having to look twice.
