Nice use of negative space and how two distinct parts of the logo are joined into one over-arching design
I like the use of negative space to convey more information than would otherwise be given.
Outline art, simple, modern. Could play well with "wolf"
Easily recognizable and bold. Logo needs to work well on lawn signs and open house signs.
Love the idea of using negative space. The logo needs to feel solid and trustworthy, but friendly and inviting. Using something that plays off the name 'Wolf' would be good. Needs to be a logo that can be a seen on open house signs and hanging "for sale" signs. Also, while it should be a modern look, it still needs to be comfortable for old people -- yet still "hip" for the younger crowd who are looking to buy houses.
The logo should NOT have an actual house in it. Look at the big name real estate companies -- one's a word mark with a balloon, another is just an initialism, another uses the 'C' to encircle the numbers that follow. There's no houses -- just easily recognizable branding. It should look entirely unique.. Maybe try something that would feel at home in the museum of modern art.
