SHADES customers care about their cars and their families, that's why they choose the best window tint they can get from a company they can trust. They're busy, so they look to SHADES to make the experience easy for them. From the tint packages we offer to the installation process itself (e.g. offering a loaner car), we strive to exceed their expectations in every way.
The SHADES customer lives in the SE part of the United States (specifically Georgia). They are looking for window tint to do two things, make their car look great and cut down on the heat from hot Southern summers.
Our primary target is a mom who spends a bunch of time in the car driving her kids around. She wants the experience to be more comfortable (cool), and safer (less UV rays). While this is our target, we want to be careful not to alienate an important segment of the market - the car guy who cares a ton about how his car looks. He's the bread and butter for many tint shops, and though we aren't developing our brand specifically for him, he should feel comfortable in our stores too.
Our customers represent middle America and have modest incomes. They are conscious of their spending and weigh expenditures carefully. These customers also are likely to have an association with the military because there is a large Army base nearby.
SHADES is about quality, simplicity, and an obsession with the details that make the experience better for our customers.
