Very creative, professional. Was very responsive to feedback and questions. Worked hard to get me an awesome book cover.
Best designer on 99Designs! My book cover is fantastic. Love everything about it. Arrowdesigns followed my instructions and made revisions quickly. Great to work with. I will use him again, for sure!
Very responsive and an excellent eye for design. Turned around all final edits and requests very quickly, though original design was already quite spot-on what we were looking for. Highly recommend.
Alex is a joy to work with!

WELLNESS & THE CHIROPRACTIC LIFESTYLE
Matthew McCoy DC, MPH & Anthony Carrino DC, FICPA
A clinician, researcher and educator, Matthew McCoy DC, MPH has spent the better part of the past 27 years focused on exploring the clinical and scientific facets of vertebral subluxation and its relationship to health outcomes.
Over his 27 years of private practice Anthony Carrino DC, FICPA has established a successful working model for the transitioning of people of all ages towards the concept of proactive, chiropractic wellness care through patient education, lifestyle modification and disease prevention.
We will attempt to explain health and wellness from the perspective of the science and philosophy of chiropractic and how chiropractic attempts to engage parents in a proactive health care process. It is important to understand that proactive health care should not be forced or distorted by any one practitioner’s worldview nor should any parent feel that only one type of health care practitioner can and should provide such care. It is important for parents to create a team that covers most, if not all, aspects of the health care their children will need as they mature. The ultimate goal is to rely on one’s self to foster health over a lifetime thereby achieving what most would appreciate as a state of wellness.
