---- UPDATE ----
Due to large number of required screens and relatively short time of the contest please initially submit only those screens:
- Screen 1 with 2 & 3 (i.e. main application view with additional dropdown menus & footer shown)
- Screen 8 (large, complicated form with tabular views and lots of other options/functions)
- Screen 18 (side menu for listing various types of objects).
The remaining screens from the project description will be finalized for the submissions we'll consider promising during refinement stage after the contest's time will run out.
---- UPDATE ----
One of our products utilizes web Graphical User Interface, we are looking for refreshing its look & feel while keeping its existing functionalities and overall UI mechanics exactly the same as it is now (even though we are aware that some things are not that good as they could be).
The project is about preparing 23 screens as per attached PDF with descriptions and illustrations. Most of the screens have annotations and comments that briefly explain the purpose of the element (that should help you in understanding our GUI and therefore preparing projects more meeting our needs).
-modify the size of the elements (like header bars, buttons, input fields, fonts)
-modify font faces
-modify colors (to some degree, more on this below)
You are not allowed to modify (add or reduce) number of buttons, fields etc. shown on each of the reference screens. Also we don’t expect you to suggest other UI controls (e.g. replacing horizontal tabs by vertical or other solution for browsing large amount of information) than those you are presented with on our screens.
You should follow our general color scheme which relies on:
-greys/black for dialog windows, backgrounds, headers etc.
-red for action buttons
You are allowed to try different shades than those on our screens, we’re also open to any visual improvements that use gradients, shadows etc.
